Formación

• Last semester of a relevant engineering degree.
• None to 1 year of job-related experience.
• Must be able to converse in English at a mid-level.

Responsabilidades

• Develop proficiency in seat patterning.
• Apply problem-solving techniques to real-world issues.
• Understand manufacturing processes for trim covers.

Conocimientos

Seat Patterning

Problem-solving techniques (e.g., BEP, Kepner–Tregoe, Six Sigma)

Manufacturing process knowledge

Basic operation of seat equipment

Trim cover sewing safety

Material specifications knowledge

Understanding of 2D component drawings

Change management

Proficiency in trim cover development

Understanding of 3D CAD models

Educación

Engineering, Textiles, Industrial Design or related technical degree
