Adient is seeking an AME at its Lerma Plant to complete advanced manufacturing deliverables for new programs. You will develop processes, optimize labor planning, and ensure OEE targets are met through PFMEA, DFAM, and process validation.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's in engineering, are bilingual in English/Spanish, and bring 5+ years of automotive interiors experience with strong CAD and PLC interest.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering as required; Industrial or Mechanical preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience; automotive interiors experience preferred.
• Experience with seating products desirable.
• PFMEA development experience; CAD capable for layouts.
• MODAPTS or equivalent training/certification preferred.
• Direct/indirect labor analysis and planning experience.
• Capital equipment budgeting, run-off, installation and qualification.
• Proficient computer skills and quick learning of new software.
• Ability to draw 2D layouts in CAD; analytical/problem solver.

Responsabilidades

• Develop manufacturing processes through DFAM and detailed engineering analysis.
• Plan logistics, line balance, and material flow; design plant layouts.
• Lead PFMEA, SPC, MSA, DOE; support program revisions with SDT.
• Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Own ramp-up, problem solving, and process stabilization activities.
