North American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V. seeks a Seat Trim / Installation Engineer in Tijuana, Baja California. This role is critical for ensuring fit, finish, and craftsmanship excellence for automotive seating systems, focusing on installation and validation processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, with 3-5 years of experience in automotive seating systems. Responsibilities include collaboration with design and manufacturing teams, problem-solving, and improving installation procedures.

This position involves a dynamic work environment, with hybrid exposure to manufacturing plants and customer sites, and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of experience in automotive seating systems (OEM or Tier 1).
• Experience supporting prototype builds and production launches.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD data.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the installation and validation of leather seat covers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, quality, and customer teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in installation efficiency and product quality.
