Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is seeking a Project Administrator in Querétaro, Mexico. This entry-level role supports managers, engineers, and teams by coordinating documentation, tracking issues, and ensuring timely delivery using Adobe, Microsoft Office, and customer software.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, solid English (written and spoken), and the ability to develop relationships with internal customers.

Responsabilidades

• Review issue logs daily and process new issues within SLA.
• Upload project documentation via 3rd party systems.
• Provide weekly progress updates until closure.
• Ensure on-time delivery of duties.
• Develop customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
• Participate in internal team calls.
• Leverage internal contacts to drive issues to closure.
