Job summary

Zendesk in Mexico City seeks a Principal, Enterprise QA & IT Delivery Leader to orchestrate enterprise-scale testing across ERP-like programs. You will be the primary QA engineering delivery lead, partnering with Business and Product to ensure high-investment initiatives meet quality gates and do not fail.

You will drive QA governance, scale Playwright/Jenkins/X-Ray adoption, and lead AI-driven testing to optimize release cycles and defect management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Software Quality Engineering with leadership experience.
• Proven record delivering enterprise QA for large-scale releases.
• Ability to lead QA governance and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee release cycle quality governance and gates.
• Scale QA capacity using AI and automation tools.
• Lead end-to-end QA strategy for complex programs.
• Maintain traceability between test cases and defects across systems.
• Own QA ceremonies and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate with BSAs, Product Owners, and engineers during test walkthroughs.
