Workato is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our Professional Services team in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

You will own the customer implementation journey from post-sales to go-live, building trusted relationships with executives and guiding automation governance. This role emphasizes delivering measurable business value through effective project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years delivering professional services for a software company or consulting firm.
• Experience managing project budgets up to USD 500k and 2-3 resources.
• Experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall; active delivery methodology certification preferred.
• Experience in enterprise accounts; ability to engage director/VP and C-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and drive expansion services.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration to align internal strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project execution and delivery across customer engagements.
• Manage project budgets up to USD 500k and 5+ resources across teams.
• Drive agile project management, risk mitigation, and timely delivery.
• Deliver weekly status reports and maintain PSA data hygiene for stakeholders.
• Coach customers on GEARS delivery framework and best practices.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, sales, and customer success to drive growth.
