Workato is seeking an exceptional Technical Architect to join our growing Professional Services team. In this role, you will lead architecture for customer integrations, drive collaboration with customers and partners, and evangelize Workato’s platform across industries.

You will travel up to 25% of the time, mentor teams, develop content and design architectures, ensuring security, governance, and scalable solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years in technology transformation consulting with integration or API management experience.
• Experience leading customer/partner success in architecture, development, and release management.
• Experience documenting business processes and applying technology to automate them.
• Strong communication with technical, business and C-level stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites.

Responsabilidades

• Participate as lead architect in professional services engagements and customer enablement activities.
• Develop architectural designs for customer integrations and automations; conduct reviews.
• Advise on testing, deployment procedures, and production readiness.
• Provide knowledge transfer to customers and partners; align with Workato GEARS and guides.
• Mentor and train pre/post-sales teams; create content to scale delivery.
