Workato is seeking an exceptional Technical Architect to join our growing team. You will serve as a lead architect in professional services engagements, designing customer integrations and automations while driving technical success across projects.

You will mentor pre-/post-sales teams, contribute content like demos and white papers, and help align customer architectures with Workato GEARS and the Embedded Product Guide.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in technology transformation consulting with integration or middleware/API management experience.
• Experience leading customer/partner success in architecture, development and release strategies.
• Experience documenting business processes and applying tech to automate them.
• Strong communication with technical, business, and C-level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of security and governance for large enterprises.
• Excellent presentation and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead as a principal architect in professional services engagements.
• Develop architectural designs for customer integrations and automations.
• Conduct architecture reviews and advise on testing practices.
• Guide production readiness and deployment procedures.
• Transfer knowledge to customers and partners through content and training.
• Apply Workato GEARS and Embedded Product Guide frameworks to customer programs.
• Mentor and train pre/post-sales teams and partner ecosystems.
