KTSA – KPMG Technology Services Americas seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead design and implementation of enterprise solutions across HR, talent development, and analytics domains. The role requires strong skills in integration, data architecture, and modern cloud platforms, with emphasis on generative AI and HCM Workday ecosystems.
The ideal candidate will guide business and IT stakeholders, develop architecture standards, and drive governance across major transformation programs
Formación
- Minimum 5+ years delivering major transformation programs with Enterprise HCM Workday Suites.
- Strong understanding of Hire to Retire and Talent Supply Chain processes.
- Experience in solution, integration and data architecture, cloud computing.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture solutions aligned to business strategy.
- Oversee major transformation programs and back-office implementations using Workday and related ecosystems.
- Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and standards for integrations and data architectures.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and governance across systems.
