Job summary

Corning Incorporated is seeking a Finance Team Leader to guide the MTY EAS team, ensure end-to-end support for Enterprise Applications, and maintain SOX compliance. You will partner with IT for resolutions and drive process improvements while managing day-to-day operations and reporting to leadership.

The role requires a Finance degree, strong analytical skills, and English proficiency, with prior team management preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with financial acumen.
• Ability to work independently with mild supervision and strong problem-solving.
• Experience managing teams preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; programming languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management for MTY EAS team members, selecting and evaluating staff.
• Ensure end-to-end functional support and root-cause resolution for break/fix cases in Enterprise Applications.
• Manage integration activities for acquisitions, including data uploads and deployment planning.
• Develop reports to evaluate performance and identify gaps, delivering them to management.
• Maintain compliance with SOX and audit processes.
• Collaborate with IT for timely case resolution and system improvements.
