Corning Incorporated is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to join the Shared Services team. You will provide operational support for enterprise finance applications while partnering with IT and business stakeholders to maintain system effectiveness and controls.

You will help ensure compliance, data quality, and ongoing process improvements to deliver high-quality service. This role will require collaboration across functions, participation in system implementations and data integrations, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technical aptitude with a solid understanding of finance processes.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process controls.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage issues logically and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support daily operations and service delivery for Enterprise Application Support processes and systems.
• Partner with IT and service providers to resolve issues and implement improvements in a timely manner.
• Participate in projects and integration activities, including system implementations and acquisition-related data integrations.
• Monitor operational metrics, identify performance gaps, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, controls, and audit requirements.
• Support data quality initiatives and process standardization efforts.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and provide recommendations to improve operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels to drive successful outcomes.
