Salesforce is seeking a Technical Success Architect for Slack in Mexico City, operating in a hybrid model. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through architecture and integration decisions, with a focus on AI-enabled Slack deployments for enterprise environments.

You will engage with customer teams, run workshops, and translate complex technical details into business outcomes, while collaborating with Product and Support to remove blockers and accelerate time-to-value.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in solutions/ sales engineering, technical consulting, customer success, or professional services
• Proficiency in at least one object oriented programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL or Python
• Interest or delivery expertise in Generative AI technologies
• Hands-on proficiency with data exchanges and APIs
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications, with ability to explain complex topics to business users
• Strong presentation skills for business and technical audiences
• Experience collaborating with customers to resolve technical problems
• Nice to have experience developing Slack applications

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer challenges and drive business value through Slack
• Facilitate customer-facing workshops and discovery with customer tech teams
• Master Slack feature specs to support technical questions for stakeholders
• Explain Slack integrations with identity, security, data, AI and SaaS apps
• Provide proactive recommendations to help customers adopt Slack
• Coordinate with Product and Technical Support to resolve hurdles
• Triage high-severity issues to ensure reliability and satisfaction
• Meet key performance metrics and goals
