Salesforce is seeking a Technical Success Architect for Slack in Mexico City to join our growing Customer Success team. You will translate complex technical needs into scalable Slack-based solutions for enterprise customers, focusing on AI-enabled workflows and secure integrations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SaaS/PaaS roles, strong programming skills (Java/JavaScript/Node.js/Python), API mastery, and a passion for Generative AI.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as solutions/engineering, technical consultant, customer success, or professional services in SaaS/PaaS
• Proficiency in at least one OO language: Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, Python
• Interest or delivery expertise in Generative AI technologies
• Hands-on proficiency with data exchanges and APIs
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; experience developing Slack applications is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer challenges and priorities to map business value for Slack adoption
• Lead customer-facing workshops and discovery with technical teams to define use-cases and integration points
• Deeply review Slack feature specifications to support questions and demonstrate use-cases to stakeholders
• Explain how Slack integrates with identity, security, data, and other systems and APIs
• Partner with customers to achieve business goals by providing proactive recommendations for ongoing Slack usage
• Collaborate with Product and Support teams to address feature or technical hurdles
• Help drive customer success metrics and satisfaction through scalable solutions
