Omilia in Mexico is seeking a Technical Demo Engineer to design and tailor enterprise demos that showcase our Conversational AI platform across voice and digital channels. You will collaborate with sales teams to reflect customer use cases in industries such as insurance, banking, and retail, translating complex AI concepts into compelling, technically robust demonstrations and proofs of value.

This role combines technical demo development with pre-sales engagement, requiring close cooperation

Formación

• Experience designing and delivering product demos for enterprise AI platforms.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts (NLU, ASR, LLMs) into tangible demos.
• Proven collaboration with sales teams to support pre-sales activities.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain high-impact product demos across voice and digital channels.
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle and deliver live demos to stakeholders.
• Translate AI concepts into show-stopping demo features and validate solutions with customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to standardize demo assets and collect feedback.
