This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people, understands the importance of clear communication, and is motivated by helping students take the next step in their academic future. The Enrollment Coordinator will play a key role in keeping candidates informed, excited, and supported as they move through the admissions process, while helping the team deliver a high-quality experience across different markets.

At Hult, students are looking for more than a traditional university experience. They are exploring a global education, international campuses, hands-on learning, and a business-focused degree that prepares them for the future. This role helps bring that experience to life by supporting candidates and families with timely information, guidance, and encouragement as they consider joining the Hult community.

Responsibilities
  • Support prospective undergraduate students from the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean throughout the application and enrollment process.
  • Assist candidates with application next steps, including collecting documents, scheduling interviews or advising calls, and following up in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help students and families understand Hult’s Bachelor’s programs, global campus options in Boston, London, and Dubai, and the overall student experience.
  • Support Enrollment Advisors by helping maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of prospective students.
  • Follow up with candidates after key moments in the process, including application submission, acceptance, scholarship review, events, and enrollment deadlines.
  • Research high school fairs, college fairs, and student recruitment opportunities to support fall and spring travel planning for the Enrollment Advisor team.
  • Communicate with students and families through email, phone, WhatsApp, and other approved channels to provide guidance and answer general questions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and notes in Salesforce or other internal systems.
Qualifications

  • Strong listening skills and a genuine interest in understanding each candidate’s goals, needs, and motivations.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to provide a supportive and positive experience for students and families.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.
  • Team-oriented and able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Ambitious, target-oriented, and motivated by results.
  • Open to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, admissions, education, or B2C environments is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Must have the legal ability to travel to the United States for work-related activities, including a valid U.S. visa or other applicable travel authorization.
