Your Main Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels.
• Manage the brand's social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Content Creation

• Develop engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and other digital platforms.
• Support the creation and localization of global marketing materials for the local market.
• Review and ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Analytics and Reporting

• Track and report on key marketing KPIs, providing regular performance updates to the team.
• Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Support A/B testing and other optimization initiatives.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt and localize campaigns.
• Support the planning and execution of events and promotional actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in digital marketing or content creation.
• Proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Hands on experience with social media management tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.
• Strong eye for design and familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe, or equivalent.
• Data driven mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced international environment.
