Franke LLC in San Luis Potosí is offering an internship to support the Engineering area by standardizing refrigeration processes, updating documentation, and conducting time studies in the production floor.

You will help identify efficiency improvements, support engineering changes, and gain hands-on experience through technical mentorship and real-world projects.

Formación

• Active student in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with a safety mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Update and standardize process documentation for refrigeration operations.
• Conduct time studies in the production area.
• Provide technical support on the production floor.
• Identify improvement opportunities related to safety, quality, productivity, and ergonomics.
• Follow up on engineering prototypes.
• Manage and follow up on engineering changes related to manufacturing processes.

About the job

Provide support to the Engineering area in the standardization and improvement of refrigeration processes through documentation updates, time studies, capacity analysis, and technical support on the production floor.

The project will focus on identifyng and implementing opportunities to reduce processing times, improve production flow, increase equipment efficiency, and standardize work work methods, while also providing support for engineering changes related to these processes.

Requirements

Be an active student in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.

Intermediate level of English.
