Franke invites an active student in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering to join our Engineering area on a hands-on refrigeration project. You will assist with standardizing processes, updating documentation, conducting time studies, and providing technical support on the production floor.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities to reduce processing times, improve production flow, boost equipment efficiency, and standardize work methods, while supporting engineering changes

Formación

• Active student in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Proactivity, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.

Responsabilidades

• Update and standardize process documentation for refrigeration operations.
• Conduct time studies in the production area.
• Provide technical support on the production floor.
• Identify improvement opportunities related to safety, quality, productivity, and ergonomics.
• Follow up on engineering prototypes.
• Manage and follow up on engineering changes related to manufacturing processes.
