Job summary

Corning Reynosa is seeking a Project Management Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects from initiation through completion. You will work with cross-functional teams, vendors, customers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 3+ years of PM experience in manufacturing/engineering, with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee engineering projects throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate activities between engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement and operations.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with standards, requirements and regulations.
• Manage documentation such as specs, timelines, reports, and change controls.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate cross-functional communication.
• Track costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Support launches, improvements, or capital projects; drive continuous improvement.
