GBM is seeking an Engineering Manager for Digital Growth in Mexico City to lead a customer-facing engineering team responsible for GBM's digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will drive architecture, delivery, and operational excellence, collaborating with Product, Design, Marketing, Growth, and stakeholders to maximize customer value.

Formación

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience building customer-facing digital products.
• Experience working with multiple business stakeholders.
• Experience delivering web and mobile applications.
• Nice to have fintech, e-commerce, or digital growth experience.
• Experience with modern frameworks and cloud services (AWS).
• Knowledge of SOLID, KISS, DRY, YAGNI; and infrastructure as code.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Digital Growth engineering team and support delivery of business-critical initiatives.
• Ensure high engineering quality, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and business stakeholders to deliver customer value.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Acquisition, and Engagement teams on roadmap planning and execution.
• Balance business impact with technical complexity and ensure predictable delivery.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and drive continuous improvement.
