Empresa Confidencial is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a manufacturing and industrialization engineering team in Mexico. You will establish process development plans, align with business unit strategies, and drive improvements across current processes, transfers, and new technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field.
• Consolidate level 5+ years' of management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• English proficiency both written and spoken.
• Knowledge on manufacturing process as appropriate production technologies suitable for the product mix specialized on automatization process.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and ensure the implementation of the process development plan, and potentially the product development plan identified at the design phases and contribute to the validation of project milestones, consistent with the Site, Zone and Business Unit strategies
• Manage and Develop a manufacturing and industrialization engineering team. Ensure the load/capacity adequacy as well as the skills adequacy with the BU, Zone and Site road maps
• Maintain, improve and adapt existing processes, operations parameters, transfers and potentially industrialization process, to participate in Site, Zone and BU cost reduction efforts.
• Ensure the link with the group’s designs and development (R&D) and research and technology (R&T) and customer (if needed) activities to ensure consistency with the BU strategy
• Drive the continuous improvement of the process development in accordance with the continuous improvement roadmap defined for the Group
• Search, development and implementation of new technologies and new process methods

The Engineering Manager leads a team responsible for developing new processes, as well as improving and maintaining existing processes according to the current process flows established in accordance with the Business Unit, Zone and the Site strategies; and in accordance with quality objectives, costs, deadlines, best practices and Group procedures.
