The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in electrical, mechanical, controls, systems, or multidisciplinary engineering, with proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects, product development, validation and testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to drive engineering excellence, develop high-performing teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Experience with engineering simulation, modeling, and quality management systems is highly preferred.
