MAHLE in Mexico seeks an experienced Engineering Coordinator to lead Process and Routing Engineering activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing projects.

The role coordinate engineering teams, manage process improvements, and support new product and CAPEX projects to ensure operational excellence through effective project execution and process optimization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing process engineering.
• Experience leading engineering projects and coordinating technical teams.
• Experience in continuous improvement and manufacturing operations.

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Coordinator to lead Process and Routing Engineering activities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support the successful development of manufacturing projects.

This position is responsible for coordinating engineering teams, managing process improvements, supporting new product and CAPEX projects, and ensuring operational excellence through effective project execution and process optimization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.


• Previous experience leading engineering projects and coordinating technical teams.


• Experience in continuous improvement and manufacturing operations.

Technical Knowledge

• APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).


• Process FMEA (AIAG/VDA).


• Manufacturing processes and process optimization.


• Project Management.


• Blueprint and technical drawing interpretation.


• AutoCAD and/or Inventor.


• Process Design Software.


• Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving Methodologies.


• Intermediate Statistical Analysis.


• Microsoft Office Suite.

Language

• Advanced English communication skills (90% proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing).
