Johnson Controls in Monterrey seeks a CCB Leader to oversee the contract engineering team, managing technical and commercial aspects from design to completion. You will be the primary customer contact after order receipt, driving seamless project execution and change governance across global engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading ECR/ECN processes, coordinating with JADEC and plant stakeholders, ensuring data integrity in SAP/Windchill, and delivering cost-effective solutions

Formación

• Ability to plan and balance workloads to meet client and production needs.
• Proficiency in maintaining project profitability.
• Strong written communication skills for manuals, test schedules, and quality procedures.
• Proven leadership abilities in coaching and mentoring teams.
• Hands-on experience in electronics design and testing.
• Familiarity with audio electronics equipment.
• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum HNC level qualification in Electronics Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary plant representative for Engineering Change Management activities.
• Act as liaison between JADEC Engineering teams and plant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering Change Coordinators across locations for alignment.
• Lead and govern the Engineering Change Notifications (ECN) process.
• Coordinate and manage product changes across lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain data in SAP and Windchill.
• Own engineering change governance with implementation plans and timelines.
• Drive cost savings, inventory, and productivity improvements.
