Magna Powertrain in Mexico seeks a Metrology Lab Technician to measure components, generate dimensional reports, and manage first piece releases. You will monitor adjustments and perform special measurements in a regulated lab environment.

The successful candidate has 1 year of metrology experience, knowledge of GD&T, and familiarity with CMMs and precision instruments. This on-site role offers growth within Magna Powertrain's global team.

Formación

• Experience: 1 year in a metrology laboratory.
• Knowledge of GD&T and interpretation of drawings.
• Safety and quality system familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Measure parts with assigned equipment and generate dimensional reports for first piece releases, monitoring, adjustments, and special measurements.
• Perform measurements of first articles, releases, monitoring, adjustments, and special measurements.
• Support visual aids and provisional checks in the lab.

Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo del Puesto Responsable de la Medición en equipo asignado y generación de reportes dimensionales para liberaciones de primeras piezas, monitoreo, ajustes y mediciones especiales.

Perfil del puesto Escolaridad. TSU, Técnico o Preparatoria Experiencia Requerida. 1 Años de experiencia en laboratorio de metrología

• Conocimientos Específicos
• Lineamientos de seguridad.
• Sistema de calidad
• Conocimientos básicos GD&T Interpretación de planos, Manejo de equipos de medición Uso y manejo de Rugosimetro y Perfilometro, Redondimetro, CMM, MM, Hommel.
• Realizar mediciones de primeras piezas, Liberaciones, Monitoreos, ajustes y Mediciones especiales.
• Realización y seguimiento de ayudas visuales y HET´s
• Realización de 5s en Laboratorio.
