Job summary

Clarios is seeking an End User Technologies Engineer to secure and optimize endpoints across Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS, leveraging Intune and MDM for a global deployment. You will act as a Level 3 SME, guiding L2 teams and driving automation with PowerShell to improve the user experience.

In this role, you will own the device lifecycle, partner with cybersecurity, and define a multi-year EUT roadmap to scale solutions globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in endpoint engineering or enterprise device management.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Proven Windows 10/11 device management in enterprise.
• Excellent English communication; works with international teams.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and automation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage & optimize endpoints with MDM, keeping devices secure and compliant.
• Provide L3 support for complex endpoint issues.
• Own the device lifecycle from provisioning to decommissioning.
• Ensure security and compliance in line with IT standards.
• Drive automation and process improvements using PowerShell.
• Set global strategy and multi-year roadmap for endpoint technologies.
• Embed security by design and prepare solutions for Run transition.
• Collaborate with international IT teams to promote consistency.
