Swiss Re in Mexico City is seeking a senior Requirements Engineer to design and validate end-to-end Surety systems, combining business analysis with engineering capabilities to support the NA landscape.

You will translate business needs into scalable system designs, collaborate with Technical Product Owners, and contribute to integration, quality, and AI-assisted engineering initiatives while maintaining production stability.

Formación

• 5–10+ years in technology requirements engineering, system design or related roles.
• Proven ability to design and deliver production systems end‑to‑end.
• Solid understanding of APIs, data models, integration patterns and distributed systems.
• Experience working across full development lifecycle (design > build > deploy > operate).
• Ideal candidate would have experience working with insurance software development with a focus on Surety line products.

Responsabilidades

• End‑to‑End System Delivery: design and deliver complex systems and ensure quality implementations.
• Translation of Intent & System Design: translate business requirements into scalable system designs and collaborate with Technical Product Owners.
• Integration, Quality & Operations: design integrations across APIs and messaging systems, maintain production stability.
• AI‑Assisted Engineering (Emerging): leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery and validate outputs.
