Job summary

Swiss Re in Mexico City seeks a dependable, detail-oriented professional to provide underwriting support for P&C treaty processes. The role focuses on administrative tasks, data quality, and regulatory compliance, working with underwriters and cross-functional partners.

The candidate will assist with documentation, data capture, and coordination across Finance, Claims, and Legal, contributing to timely execution of business processes and operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide underwriting support for non-client-facing activities, including administrative and operational tasks related to P&C treaty processes.
• Ensure data quality and accurate capture of data in underwriting tools and systems used by Finance, Accounting, Claims and Reserving.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and follow up on contractual documentation and assigned business information.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Claims, Legal, IT to exchange information and support resolution of operational matters.
• Support end-to-end coordination of the assigned business segment, contributing to internal controls and operational objectives.
