Swiss Re is looking for a Software Engineer in Mexico City. The role involves building and maintaining scalable applications using Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js. You will collaborate closely with engineers and product owners while developing APIs and service integrations.

Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years of experience in software engineering, coupled with a strong understanding of modern engineering environments including Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure. The position offers opportunities for growth in cloud-native and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Formación

• 3–6 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with Azure cloud platforms preferred.
• Understanding of APIs, authentication, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with OAuth2 and JWT-based authentication models.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain Angular applications and reusable UI components.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and testable TypeScript and Node.js code.
• Build backend APIs and service integrations.
• Collaborate with engineers and product owners to implement business requirements.
