Ford Motor Company in Hermosillo seeks an MPL Process Coach to coach and monitor material planning and logistics processes on the shop floor. You will ensure material flow from receiving to returnable packaging, emphasizing safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

You will train personnel, identify deviations, and drive process improvements with eWMS, SMART System, and GPP. Collaboration with Material Flow Engineering and other teams is essential for stable flow.

Formación

• Verify shop floor compliance with defined MPL standard processes.
• Train and develop personnel on standard processes and systems.
• Identify deviations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Track SQDC indicators and participate in gemba/board meetings.
• Support improvements from Six Sigma projects and value stream mapping.

Responsabilidades

• Verify shop floor compliance with MPL standard processes.
• Train and develop operational personnel on standard processes and correct use of systems.
• Identify deviations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Track area performance indicators (SQDC) and participate in gemba/board meetings.
• Collaborate to ensure continuity of material flow from receiving to returnable packaging shipment.
• Lead or support problem solving and root cause analysis on the shop floor.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and Six Sigma projects.
• Coach on Standardized Work and proper use of eWMS, SMART System, and GPP.
