Ford-Motor-Company is seeking an MPL Process Coach to support and monitor standard material planning and logistics processes on the shop floor. You will train teams, analyze deviations, and drive improvements across receiving, flow, and returnable packaging.

Responsibilities include coaching, auditing, and collaborating with Material Flow Engineering, eWMS, and Transportation to ensure continuous flow and SQDC performance.

Formación

• Must have teamwork, planning and change management capabilities.
• Strong communication and coaching/training skills, with English at an intermediate-advanced level.
• Experience in industrial logistics/material handling/manufacturing, automotive preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Verify shop floor compliance with standard material handling processes.
• Train and develop operational personnel on standard processes and systems.
• Identify deviations, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions.
