Cummins Inc. is seeking a Senior Material Flow Engineering Supervisor to lead the Line Supply team in San Luis Potosí, ensuring safe, timely, and accurate material delivery to production lines while upholding EMF standards and Lean principles.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to optimize material flow, inventory accuracy, and replenishment strategies such as Kanban, Min/Max, and PFEP, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Formación

• University degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Kanban, Min/Max, Milk Run and PFEP recommended.
• Experience leading Line Supply/Material Handling teams is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely and accurate material delivery to production lines according to the schedule.
• Coordinate material priorities based on sequencing changes and replenishment methods.
• Oversee point-of-use inventory, FIFO compliance, and replenishment triggers.
• Lead and develop Line Supply teams with staffing, workload balance, and performance management.
• Ensure safety, quality, and HSE standards are followed; address risks proactively.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve material flow, layout, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong cross-functional communication and elevate production/safety risks.
