Job summary

Valeo, a global automotive technology leader, is seeking an Employee Relations Manager for its San Luis Potośi site. The role delivers the employee relations strategy, advises on Labour Relations, and supports HR projects with legal guidance as required.

You will work closely with ER teams to implement policies and interact with unions and works councils. The position focuses on ensuring compliant labour practices, driving well-being initiatives, and coaching managers on HR policies while
