Internal Communication and Engagement (Organizational Culture):***** ****Point of Contact:** Support as the site communication liaison and collaborate with the needs of different departments.*** ****Communication Plan:** Collaborate in executing internal events, article releases, monthly meetings, and updating digital tools like Internal Portal*** ****Monitoring and KPIs:** Assist in collecting data and metrics (Pulse surveys, click tracking) for continuous improvement.*** ****Events and Well-being:** Participate in organizing working groups focused on improving working conditions and promoting a collaborative environment.******2. Logistics and Import/Export Support:***** ****Operational Tracking:** Perform daily administrative tracking of import and export operations status to ensure accurate shipment tracing.*** ****Document Control:** Maintain and update shipping records, verifying consistency among invoices, transport documents, and internal systems.
