Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Site HR Business Partner Manager to lead employee relations and labour relations at the San Luis Potosí site. You will advise on ER topics and ensure alignment with global HR policies while supporting the legal entity's people agenda.

You will work with unions, the Legal Department, and HR teams to design communication strategies, manage social files, and coach managers on ER practices, ensuring compliance and a safe, respectful workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations and labour relations within a legal entity.
• Ability to design and implement ER policies and HR communications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the employee relations strategy for the site and advise on Labour Relations.
• Design and deliver communication and consultation strategies with employees and social partners.
• Support ER teams to implement HR policies, processes and practices and coach managers on ER topics.

Job: Site HR Business Partner Manager

Delivering the employee relations strategy within Legal Entity / Site and advise on Labour Relations.

Contribute to the design and delivery of employee and social partner communication and consultation strategy. Supporting Site HR with any efficiency projects providing legal guidance when required. Work closely with the ER teams to implement strategies, policies and practices Advise on Labour Relations

Processing Social Files: Process proceedings relative to tribunal disputes working with Legal department and lawyers as necessary. Manage the disciplinary files and the social law litigations. Manage the administrative processing of files (letters, memos, …) linked to the management of social files and social administration. Guardian of the rules: Supports and aligns site HR and managers on Employee Relations respecting policies, procedures and orientations defined by the Group, the Division and National HR leaders Defines the general strategy (especially through HR Policies and Procedures), submitted to PG/Division/Group/National Directorate approvals Coaches and trains managers and HR teams on HRPP and ER orientations Controls and audits the effective application of these rules Monitors the strict respect of our internal rules and legal obligations, especially regarding delegations and communication rules related to employment litigations Prepare and organize meetings with the representative unions and works council Prepares and Participates in Unions meetings Replaces Site HR manager (absence, special or general delegation) for all Employee relations actions & meetings Advice on HR and ER topics Assist the HRD in leading meetings with the social partners and negotiate in order to reach an agreement Set up the various annual deadlines with the representative unions :employee representative committee, Health & Hygiene Committee, safety, work conditions, staff representatives, Follow up of proceedings records with the representative unions, Support and contact for operational teams relating to rules Support on the pre-contentious Supporting merger and acquisition projects bringing a legal and HR expertise During the due diligence phase Before closing For further integration in the Group Well being specific missions Promotes and supports well-being at work initiatives, directly derived from the results of the Employee Feedback Surveys Contributes to generate innovative initiatives in employee relations Promotes People Ethics by building a safe and respectful working environment, especially through prevention and sanction of harassment /discrimination Contributes to CSR initiatives deployment Supports actively diversity initiatives in all sites Other missions To be completed to update the corresponding part in the Employee Relations Manager job description You can copy and paste here an example of Other missions below if it is relevant
