Zusammenfassung

Community Sports Partners is seeking a marketer to plan, write and send email and SMS campaigns for available facility time and pickup games. You will segment audiences, build welcome messages and recovery flows, and ensure accurate audience data and consent compliance.

You will also handle permit-backed bookings, respond to inquiries from teams and organizers, keep the sales pipeline current, and coordinate with operations to confirm availability.

Qualifikationen

• Practical experience building email campaigns and automations, plus hands-on SMS experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for North American customer conversations.
• Confidence following up with leads, explaining an offer and asking for the booking.
• Strong attention to detail with schedules, prices, customer records and deadlines.
• Experience with a CRM and an email/SMS platform (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Comfort using spreadsheets and reports to understand conversion and bookings.
• Willingness to own the next action until an issue is resolved.
