Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking an Eloqua Email Operations & Communication Specialist to drive end-to-end lifecycle communications and governance across CX, Product, Marketing, Legal, and IT. The role focuses on building transactional and lifecycle programs within Eloqua, implementing dynamic segmentation, and delivering high-quality, compliant email experiences.

Qualifications

6+ years in digital communications, email operations, customer experience or related field.
Experience with Eloqua (Required).
B2B technology, distribution, digital commerce or enterprise platform experience.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS, automation, segmentation, QA and deliverability.
Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end lifecycle communication strategy and governance across CX, Product, Marketing, Legal and IT.
Build, optimize, and own transactional, lifecycle, and system-triggered emails in CRM/ESP platforms (e.g., Eloqua).
Manage dynamic segmentation, personalization, and complex trigger logic with QA and operational excellence.
Oversee content governance, web/SEO alignment, accessibility, and reusable email templates.
Establish KPIs, run A/B tests, and optimize customer journeys using performance data.
