North American Production Sharing, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO who will maximize the CEO’s effectiveness, protect time, and ensure seamless execution across business and personal priorities.

The role will act as a key liaison among executive leadership, Board members, investors, clients, advisors, vendors, and other stakeholders, requiring discretion, judgment, and proactive problem solving.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of executive support experience, including support to a CEO or senior leader.
• Experience handling highly confidential information and executive communications.
• Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, and competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain a complex calendar aligned with strategic priorities.
• Act as gatekeeper, prioritize requests and route appropriately.
• Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and decision summaries for meetings.
• Attend meetings, document key decisions, track actions, and drive follow-through.
• Coordinate communications and logistics with the Board, investors, clients, and advisors.
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel and executive events.
• Provide discreet personal support and manage confidential personal/expense matters.
