Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort in Baja California Sur seeks a Retail Manager to lead the department, shaping strategy, buying, merchandising, and daily operations while collaborating with the Creative Director to uphold the resort’s luxury retail standards.

You will drive revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and retention of high standards across all retail spaces, ensuring an exceptional luxury experience for guests and visitors alike.

Formación

• Experienced retail leader with a strong understanding of luxury service and customer experience.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Commercially minded and adept at analyzing performance metrics to drive results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Retail department's daily operations, driving exceptional commercial performance and luxury guest experiences.
• Oversee product strategy, buying, merchandising, and inventory management to reflect the resort’s identity.
• Coach and develop the Retail team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and outstanding service.
• Oversee pricing, reporting, scheduling, and retail administration to ensure operational efficiency.
• Deliver a premium guest journey with top-tier presentation and flawless execution across retail spaces.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to maintain a distinctive retail offering aligned with the resort’s sense of place.
