Koch Companies is seeking a versatile Manufacturing Test Engineer to sustain, enhance, and optimize automated test systems across their lifecycle. You will ensure robust test capabilities, accurate measurements, and high equipment reliability, while supporting complex electronic products and manufacturing efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Three or more years creating automated test equipment (ATE) or hardware/software integrated test systems.
• Five or more years with electronic test instrumentation (VNA, power meters, signal generators, device programmers).
• Three or more years using a test development language (Python, LabVIEW, or C#/.NET).
• Knowledge of automated test system protocols (GPIB, Ethernet, USB, Serial, PXI).
• Strong analog/digital electronics, signal integrity, measurement techniques, and debugging methods.
• Fluent English for technical documentation and communication.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with design engineering to develop test strategies for validation and production launches.
• Design, develop, and improve automated test systems to ensure quality and throughput.
• Drive continuous improvement of test platforms including hardware and software enhancements.
• Analyze production test data to identify trends and improve yields.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause investigations to enhance reliability.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams for new product introductions and transfers to mass production.
• Integrate test platforms with manufacturing systems and infrastructure for operational excellence.
• Develop technical documentation and provide training for production test systems.
