847 Flextronics Manufacturing Juarez S De Rl De Cv in Juarez, Mexico is seeking a Production Planning Manager to oversee production planning, scheduling and material flow on the production floor. You’ll lead a team, resolve bottlenecks and coordinate with operations to improve efficiency and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience in similar positions, and ERP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Industrial, supply chain, materials logistics).
• Previous experience solving operational problems on production floor.
• ERP systems knowledge is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide a team to improve efficiency.
• Good communication skills.
• English intermediate is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production forecast based on master plan, timelines, material needs to define production requirements.
• Adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes in demand and ensure material supplies meet changes.
• Produce revenue investigation and annual operating (AOP) plan and other forecast reports.
• Report on production status and issues to upper management.
• Liaise with operations to resolve daily production line disruptions and productivity issues.
• Develop and implement production control functions including Master Scheduling, Production Planning/Coordination, Shop Scheduling, and Dispatching.
• Develop material planning models to ensure proper material planning and optimal inventory positions for customer programs.
• Approve quantities, schedules and parts lists for material control to ensure timely ordering and issuance of materials.
• Maintain reports reflecting scheduling, methods, holding up performance and procedures.
• Interface with customers to ensure delivery dedications are met and coordinate with management.
