Job summary

OPmobility SE in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks an Engineering & Development Electronics Leader based in our office to drive electronics development from RFQ to SOP. You will lead the team, interface with PM, suppliers, and customers, and ensure on-time, quality delivery of technical data packages and prototypes.

You will coordinate timeline, support industrialization, and contribute to pre-SOP activities. English at B2 level and strong organizational skills are essential in this international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including ≥1 year of project planning/leadership.
• Strong knowledge of electronics technologies and PCB/validation.
• Experience in international cross-functional projects.
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electronics development from RFQ to SOP, including regular team meetings.
• Serve as main interface with PM, departments, customers, and suppliers on technical topics and progress.
• Create and maintain electronics development timeline aligned with cost, quality, and timing targets.
• Deliver complete technical data packages to customers, PCB prototype manufacturers, and EMS partners on time.
• Support prototype builds, pilot sample prep, industrialization, and pre-SOP issue resolution (measurements, analyses, reports).
• Provide technical input for quotations for new projects; collaborate with international teams.
