The Hershey Company in Monterrey is seeking an Electronic Engineer PLC to provide hands-on technical support for plant control systems, collaborating with maintenance, operations, engineering, quality and safety teams. You will troubleshoot and program PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and SCADA, drive continuous improvement, document actions, and ensure equipment reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs and safety standards is preferred; a Bachelor's

2+ years of relevant experience in industrial automation and controls.
Experience with Siemens and Allen‑Bradley PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, or automation networks preferred.
Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards in food manufacturing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Troubleshoot, repair, and prevent plant electronic and control-system failures across operations.
Program, modify, integrate, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, SCADA, and robotic networks.
Analyze equipment performance, document root causes, and maintain backups and failure databases.
Size and specify control and electrical components; support calibrations for level, flow, pressure, and temperature instruments.
Collaborate with project engineers on upgrades, obsolescence plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Create clear technical documentation and communicate shift handoffs to teams and suppliers.
