Job summary

Eaton Group in Mexico is seeking an electromechanical technician to support maintenance of production machinery and building systems. You will handle hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment, with emphasis on preventive care, troubleshooting, and PLC-related tasks.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree or equivalent training, 1–3 years experience, and basic CNC programming knowledge. Teamwork and a bias for action are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or on-the-job training in electromechanics.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Basic CNC programming knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Maintain production equipment including PLCs and TPM/5S practices.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic components.
• Collaborate with cell leaders, quality and production control to ensure uptime.
