Eaton Corporation in Mexico is seeking an electromechanical technician responsible for maintenance of production equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic devices, and for preventive and planned maintenance across the assigned areas. The role requires diagnostic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems, plus basic PLC theory and ability to read electrical diagrams.

Technical degree or on‑the‑job training with 1–3 years of experience is preferred; hands-on use of multimeters,

1–3 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance.
CNC basic programming knowledge.
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
Theoretical knowledge of PLC and electrical diagrams.

Responsabilidades

Maintain assigned production area equipment including hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
Perform preventive and planned maintenance; follow TPM/PM.
Collaborate with leaders and quality/production control teams.
Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues; read diagrams.

Job Summary

The electromechanical is responsible for the needs of the machinery, electro mechanics and the building regarding maintenance for the assigned areas. Responsible for maintenance of all production equipment including Hydraulic, Pneumatic devices. Preventive and planned maintenance. PLC, TPM, 5S’s.

Primary Responsibilities

The electromechanical leader is responsible for the follow up and the needs of the assigned area based on the next criteria:
Do team work whit the coworkers such a Leader of the cell, quality and production control of the area.
Follow up the TPM/PM of the area assigned.
Must have theorical knowledge about diagnostic of Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical system.
Theorical knowledge of PLC and electrical circuits and diagrams

Preferred Qualifications

Use of Multimeter, Oscilloscope and ampmeter
Common sense.
Team work
Low supervision and Bias for action.
Ideas generator.

Education/Previous Experience Requirements

Technical Degree / or in the job training.
1 to 3 years’ experience.
CNC Basic Programming.
