ABB está buscando un Gestor de Soporte de Ventas en San Luis Potosí, México. Liderarás la creación de licitaciones y estimaciones, asegurando cuotas competitivas y márgenes altos para ABB. Gestionarás aspectos técnicos y comerciales, coordinando con equipos internacionalmente para entregar propuestas completas.

Se requiere dominio de inglés y entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en ingeniería de propuestas, soporte a ventas o estimación de proyectos. Modalidad de trabajo híbrido en ABB.

Formación

• Mamiliarse con ventas y gestión de propuestas, con capacidad de coordinar requerimientos técnicos y comerciales.
• Se valora experiencia en ingeniería de propuestas, estimación de costos y licitaciones.
• Excelente comunicación y enfoque al cliente, con visión de mejora continua.
• Conocimientos de Salesforce, SAP y herramientas de Office para preparar ofertas.

Responsabilidades

• Formular propuestas, presupuestos y cotizaciones competitivas basadas en especificaciones del cliente.
• Mantener y optimizar el equilibrio entre unidades ABB y clientes en tu área de responsabilidad.
• Recolectar información técnica y de costos para preparar propuestas y tenderos.
• Gestionar la preparación técnica, financiera y, si aplica, la gestión de proyectos de la oferta.

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and complete bids, estimations, and quotations based on customer specifications, requirements, or budget to achieve market competitiveness and high margins for the company. Each day, you will maintain and improve the balance between all ABB units and customers in your area of responsibility.

You will also showcase your expertise by collecting and collating the information required to prepare proposals, including both technical and cost elements.

The work model for the role is: #L-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the ELDS Low Voltage Switchgear in North America, South America and Mexico.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Formulating competitive bids, estimates, and quotations by considering the best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial aspects for each situation.
• Creating well-documented tenders in a timely manner and with an appropriate level of detail, including full and accurate costs.
• Managing the preparation of technical, financial, and, if required, project management aspects of the bid, estimate, and quotation, indicating prices and trading conditions.
• Ensuring that inputs for editing activities related to bid, estimate, and quotation preparation are provided in a timely manner and in accordance with the established quality procedures.

Qualifications For The Role

• You are highly skilled in working with Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, proposal management tools, and commercial quotation methodologies within the electrical distribution and low voltage switchgear market.
• You have 3-5 years of experience in proposal engineering, applications engineering, sales support, electrical distribution systems, or project estimating.
• Preferred: Experience working as a Proposal Engineer, Applications Engineer, Sales Support Engineer, or Estimator with low voltage switchgear, motor control centers (MCCs), power distribution equipment, or electrical systems.
• You are passionate about customer focus, collaboration, problem solving, continuous improvement, and effective communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• You are at ease communicating in English (required).
• You hold current work authorization to work in Mexico (or applicable location) and any required visa/work permit as applicable.
