Stellantis Toluca Parts Distribution Center in Toluca, Mexico is seeking a VEHE Warranty & Reliability Specialist to join the Quality team. The role manages on-site quality reviews with Suppliers, Engineering, and SQ teams and analyzes warranty-returned material to identify failure modes and corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Engineering, at least five years in automotive quality, and fluent English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• Minimum of five years of experience in automotive quality, service, engineering, manufacturing, or related areas.
• Experience in VEHE component manufacturing, engineering, quality, or warranty analysis.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead VEHE component warranty and reliability investigations through analysis of returned parts and warranty data.
• Manage all returned material activities for the VEHE area to support quality initiatives and Warranty Recovery efforts.
• Facilitate technical reviews with suppliers, manufacturing plants, engineering teams, and SQ organizations.
• Identify emerging quality issues, determine root causes, and drive corrective action implementation and validation.
• Review supplier testing and validation procedures to ensure accurate material evaluations.
• Utilize corporate reporting systems to identify quality concerns, document issues, and verify corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive quality improvements.
• Represent the Voice of the Customer by communicating field performance concerns to platform, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple technical and business projects simultaneously.
• Support and mentor assigned technicians while managing day-to-day activities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and technical reports to all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and challenge teams to achieve higher quality standards.
