Siemens Energy in Querétaro seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee planning, execution, inspection, and repair of electric generators, motors, and steam turbines. You will lead service teams in workshop and field settings, ensuring adherence to technical requirements, EHS standards, quality guidelines, and project schedules.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in rotating equipment maintenance, strong leadership, and engineering expertise with intermediate English.

Formación

• Minimum 8–10 years in maintenance, repair, or service of rotating equipment (generators, motors, turbines).
• Experience-leading service teams and managing resources.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, supervise, and execute disassembly, inspection, repair, and electrical testing in workshop or field.
• Lead service teams and allocate activities and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and project schedules throughout service activities.
• Provide diagnostics support for generators and motors (rotor, stator, windings, bearings).
• Compile inspection reports with traceability and recommendations.
• Monitor working hours and ensure productivity targets are met.
