Siemens Energy seeks an experienced R&D Mechanical Engineer in Querétaro to lead mechanical design and development of high‑voltage circuit breakers. You will drive concepts to production, ensuring cost/time targets and collaborating with global teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years in product design, preferably in HV equipment, with ProE/Creo and PLM experience. Strong problem solving, English proficiency, and autonomous teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in product design and development, preferably in the high-voltage equipment industry.

Responsabilidades

• 50% Mechanical Design & Development: Develop and design complex mechanical modules and parts from concept to series production, ensuring compliance with cost, time, and functional specifications.
• 30% Product Testing & Qualification: Plan and define qualification test procedures and parameters for high-voltage components, including First Article Inspections (FAI).
• 20% Production & Process Support: Provide technical support during the initial phases of series production to ensure smooth manufacturing ramp-up.
