Vertiv is seeking an Electrical Engineer to contribute to the release of new CRAC products. You will work in a cross-functional development group, lead and support other engineers, and handle diverse tasks in a dynamic environment.

The role involves solving complex problems with minimal precedence and driving design reviews across multiple teams. You will design electrical layouts, select components, and develop CAD models, BOMs, and product definitions in PLM.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.

Responsabilidades

• Design new computer room air conditioning (CRAC) products.
• Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, and process engineering, plus production and offering teams.
• Perform engineering calculations to verify design requirements.
• Create/review electrical box and panel layouts for correct component placement and code compliance.
• Select electrical components, instrumentation, and control devices.
• Design/revise 2D/3D CAD for electro-mechanical assemblies and wiring diagrams using a PDM tool.
• Develop/review BOMs and product definitions in a PLM system.
• Develop solutions for complex problems with limited precedents.
• Implement product changes to address field issues and support service.
